Live food gives us an abundance of enzymes which are the catalyst for so many reactions in our bodies. Debbie’s Buddha Bowls are plant based, vegan and gluten free. In this workshop, Debbie will teach you how to create a healthful buddha bowls which consists of small portions of several different plant based foods and chilled foods, finished with tasteful dressings. She uses different tools and techniques to create a range of textures and looks. Once you have learnt how to make a healthful, nutritious bowl, it will easily become a part of your food plan.
