This is a small personal workshop that Debbie holds in her home. It is designed for anyone who experiences anxiety or wishes to learn how to minimise the impact. Debbie delivers a powerful workshop on nutrition and relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety.
Most of us as some stage of our lives have experienced Anxiety. Anxiety disorder is a far more common problem and affects people from an early age for many reasons. It can be either acute or chronic and manifests itself in episodes commonly known as panic attacks. A panic attack is an instance in which the body’s natural fight or flight reaction occurs at the wrong time. This is a complex, involuntary physiological response in which the body prepares itself to deal with an emergency situation. It can be distressing, frightening and overwhelming. Throughout human history, food has been used for health and healing. “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food”. Debbie shares her experiences and training on the healing power of foods and shares other options that are available to allow informed decisions when choosing your healing journey. A combination of knowledge sharing and practical demonstrations.
This workshop is informative, discussing different holistic stress reducing options and includes demonstrations where Debbie will teach you how to ensure you are receiving the right nutrients to balance your body physically and mentally, through juices and meals and also take you through passive muscle relaxation (PMR) techniques.
Debbie believes that there are three key factors to a balanced life and good health.

In this 2 hour workshop, Debbie will take you through anxiety reducing strategies
